The operation interface combines text and graphics, with a large amount of information. It has functions of single - transaction consumption limit, daily amount limit, daily transaction times limit, time - period (meal) amount limit, and time - period (meal) transaction times limit. If the card has enabled the password function, it will prompt to enter the consumption password when exceeding the limit on amount or times. If the password is correct, further consumption will be allowed.

Reported - lost cards will be included in the blacklist and immediately issued to the device. When a card on the blacklist is swiped at the device, a blacklist mark will be written on the card, and transactions will be unavailable. This device provides a portion - based consumption mode. The unit price per portion for different meal types is set by the background management software in the system configuration file.

Report Statistics and Query

The management software can set consumption discount rates for personnel of different account types during different time periods (meal types).

This system is clock - based and requires high clock accuracy, and ensures synchronization with the clock of the backend management terminal. For this reason, after the system is started, the operator will be prompted to confirm the current clock. If the time is not synchronized, manual correction is required before use. This effectively prevents data confusion problems caused by clock asynchrony.

This device provides the following report queries: summary (cumulative) reports, daily reports, time - period (meal type) reports; and can query and count specified reports according to the start and end dates.
